Our Practice

We are very happy to welcome you to our dental practice and want you to know that we appreciate the chance to take care of you and your family! Our office is focused on providing you with high quality, gentle dental care. "At our office, you are important to us as a patient and as a friend. Knowing each person helps us to develop an individual, customized treatment plan," Dr Harris says.  We take our time to answer any questions, explaining all procedures and what they will do for your smile.  Our non-hurried approach to treatment and our friendly staff will make you feel at ease. We are also proud to provide a state-of-the-art facility for the highest quality dental care available.  It is one of our top priorities to protect the well-being of our valued patients.  For this reason, our office meets and surpasses al OSHA (Occupational Safety and Health Administration) and CDC (Center for Disease Control) standards.  We are confident that you will feel right at home in our office as we welcome all patients as if they were family.

Insurance and Finances:

We are more than happy to assist you with your insurance claims. We will submit all insurance forms for your completed treatment and help you to recover the most from your benefits. We will do everything we can to assist you in payment for your dental treatment. We accept payment in the form of cash, check and major credit cards. Please see the "Insurance and Finances" tab for more information.

Cancellations or rescheduling an appointment:

When scheduling your appointment, we set aside a specific place and amount of time in our schedule just for you. If you are unable to keep your appointment, we kindly ask that you provide us with 48 hours notice. We ask for this advance notice so that we can offer this time to another patient. A fee may be charged if a sufficient notice is not given when cancelling or re-scheduling a scheduled appointment.

Dr Heather Harris informs a patient about their upcoming treatment needs.
